Allyson Harris, the late Sandoval Co. Sheriff's Dept. Sgt. Joseph Harris' wife, toches her husbands engraved name on a memorial wall after a service honoring him and other fallen officers. Law enforcement officers who have given their lives in the line of duty were honored during a service at the Law Enforcement Memorial in Santa Fe, N.M., on May 10, 2010. Ten names have been added to the wall including Sergeant Joseph Harris and Sergeant Andy Tingwall. The memorial service included a firearms salute, a flyover, and the presentation of flags to familis of the fallen officers.
